The ARK Fentanyl II Assay provides only a preliminary analytical test result. Clinical consideration and professional judgement should be exercised with any drug test result, particularly when the preliminary test result is positive.
If a quantitative result for fentanyl is required, a separate add on order for the following test should be placed: Misc Mayo with GOKEY FAH5997
Results will be detected at the following cut-off concentration: 1.0 ng/mL
