Collection Instructions:

1. Draw blood 30 minutes before dose.

2. Send specimen in original tube.

3. If there is a delay in transport of >1 hour, centrifuge tube.

4. 8 hours refrigerated or freeze specimen if longer than 8 hours

Refrigerated 8 hours

Freeze if longer transport time.

Therapeutic concentration: 50-100 µg/mL
