Allergy Orders:

1-5 Allergens to Mayo:

Continue to order each as an individual Miscellaneous Mayo test with the appropriate GOKEY.

6 or more Allergens to Mayo:

Order ONE Reference Lab Other with a comment of “Allergy testing performed at Mayo Labs”.

Many Allergens are orderable now: please type in test to see if you can order

Note on RAST: There is no actual test for "RAST". Please order individual allergy tests or pre-created panels as requested on the providers request.
